Is it me or is it just odd that we can have one person say you lie then have it proven true. Yet we have another politician on the floor say all Republicans are for wanting people to just die quickly. And on top of all that have him refused to apologize yet the Republican apologized and even got reprimanded for it. Double standards double standards. And this is why the political environment in Washington is as it is. And the Democrats wonder why they’re losing support. People just simply do not like this kind of rhetoric.
Wrong is Wrong… Don’t care what group you belong to.
And for those of you out there that seem to think the death penal comments are even remotely the same it is not and here is why:
Those comments were never made on the House floor in any capacity or in the Senate.
They also supported those comments with a book used in the VA that was banned at one time and then reentered into the VA hospitals that encourage the ill veterans to think about the cost of their health care and whether there would be better options. Very clearly setting up the stage for them to think about burdon that they have on society. Add that with a little depression, what do you think you’re going to get? And really if I was looking at the lack of money in Medicare, trouble in the whole political nightmare when it comes to finances, and then I get sick, what would be a natural thought? I have to wait for the government to decide whether my treatment is feasible or not wouldn’t I feel like there is some king of ”Death Panel.” I know there’s no death panel. It is too bad that this title was ever used. Atleast an insurance company would be held liable for failure to act. But who would hold the government liable? Think about it, the threat of a lawsuit or the concept that a bad company will not last in the market place is a lot more motivating to an insurance company, than a government agency that has no accountability what so ever.
First this cop has to be a racist for arresting Gates. Then there is the beer summit. And here we go, the public servant is the one helping Gates, and where is Obama?

Constitution prevents medical denial of illegal aliens from medical care… Ask the supreme court. Better yet, goto an emergency room and see who is or is not denied medical care. We pay for them now with higher expenses at the hospitol when we are paying customers.
No the health care plan does not say it will support them, but nor does it require them to prove they are legally here…
Also, the plan does not mandate you drop your insurance. But it (House one) says employers large enough will pay an extra tax if they don’t go with the government plan. So tell me, what company is going to pay insurance premiums and an extra tax to keep their old insurance? None will… Thought I would add that…. So you could understand…
If you are going to open your mouth, would you first get your facts right… Because it only makes you look stupid. Or is it your agenda to attack anyone that does not agree with your views… You really should tell the american people that you are a very liberal democrat and are using your position at MSNBC to promote your agenda. Or you could just quit and acknowledge that this whole thing is above your abilities.
Really…. Do we have to go here…. I do not think black people are so arogant to think that “their ideas” or “their political views” can be disagreed with and it not be because of race? Really it boils down to that. Because someone would have to believe that “My ideas are great, my political views are the best, my way is the right way” in order to think that “The only reason someone would disagree is because of my race” Come on…. Shame on you Former President Carter… If President Obama does well, he will be known for his accomplishments. If he fails, he will be known for his failures. It has nothing to do with his race. The economy sucks, he promised under him it would be better, well it isn’t yet. So can’t people be upset with that and not his race. Can’t people who believed in change when they voted for him, did not want this kind of change, be upset with that, and it not be because of his race? Here is one BIG DAH… He got the majority vote…. That says alot does it not….
Mr. Wilson is just being used as a political power trip. Either way the power hungry Democrats win… They have either forced him to appologize or they get to sanction him…. Where were these guys during the Bush speeches? Look at their own mouths back during the Bush administration…
He has already got the title of first black president, so that can’t be taken from him.
This is just a sad sad thing. And we wonder why parents had issues with Obama’s speech… Funny how the speech comes out now after every one was concerned… I wonder it if was re-written from what was originally planned. But none the less, the NEA has some real blame here. Trusting the President is one thing, but when you can’t even trust the NEA (ie the teachers association) to teach our kids is another. Just look:

Now what do they say? September 6, 2009 — the NEA wrote: “We applaud President Obama for delivering this message to students.” Wow,,,, what a change of heart… How different were the messages? Stay in school…. Do your best…. Etc…
Guess we know that the NEA isn’t neutral…. Too bad… No wonder people opt for the home school… NEA is teaching our kids… They should be NEUTRAL…. Shouldn’t they… Aren’t they suppose to be educating our children, not influencing their ideas… I sure have a hard time trusting them with my kids… Guess who will be watching them now…
Oh, I wonder if we will ever see how much President Obama spent…
Wonder, will the NY Times, CNN, NBC make people aware of the NEA’s stance? I will count the days… Glad I have a calculator that goes up in the 10s of digits.
Even Obama today stated that the Republicans did not have a plan… Ah… But they do… Things like Tort reform… Or opening up state lines for insurance. Even some look at catastropic insurance. But each and every idea passed up the ladder in the House and the Senate by the republicans is shot down… So who is saying NO here?????

Let’s see, you the people show up to town hall meetings and protest. I don’t know that many senior citizens that are “organized” to be distractors. But these town halls are filled with them. And then they are called Nazi’s too… Oh lets tell those old people they are un-american too while we are at it…. You would think they would listen to you the people…. Instead, what did they do besides call you names??? They set up new events… Oh by the way, don’t expect to be able to talk… You are suppose to listen… SO MUCH FOR YOUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH… And they even went so far as to call out to the Obama supporterss (so it was wrong for you people who are concerned about health care to be organized, not that you did, but look who is really setting up “organized” event participants). Don’t for get to goto Obama’s web site and get you picture to print out and bring to the meeting…
You know what I have discovered through this… I really think these people “think” that they are smarter than the people they serve. I think they really believe if you are against them, you have to be a part of some “evil” crowd. In their mind there is no way real people could actually not agree with them. Arrogance at its MAX… Or is that ignorance? Ugg….
And a message to the many senior citizens out there!!!!! Speak your peace… You have a voice… You have all the right to speak up… So stand up and be heard… Even if the Democrats come to the rescue as they call it, and tromp on your rights of free speech along the way… Who is un-american here?
You know it just amazes me… I hear politician after politician (Republican and Demcrat) say they want to make reforms… And the did you hear the part they agree on???? Yet they can not make one bill on the part that they agree on… Why not? Look at it, haven’t we all seen and agreed that the following is needed:
- Insurance for people with pre-existing conditions
- Cost effective insurance coverage
- Do not increase defficit
- No Death Panels
- People will not loose their insurance
Really how hard is this to actually do? Does it take 1000+ pages… I don’t think so… I don’t think most people do…
Everyone seems to agree that compition is what is needed to reduce insurance cost and to keep the insurance companies honest. Yet Democrats want to use a governament option. Republicans want to allow insurance companies cross state lines…
Personally, I think it is even easier:
1 policy, 1 price, no under-writing, any insurance company can sell it in any state. If the insurance company had to sell me the same policy as the guy down the street, wouldn’t that distribute the costs? Haven’t we all see the negotiated prices between doctor offices and full price? Let the insurance companies make their money on their negotiation tactics. Won’t they drive the costs in the medical centers by their need to control costs. Seems easy to me. How many pages does it take? This clearly would not add to the deficit. Down side is simple, those healthy are going to pay higher premiums. Sick people will pay lower ones. Won’t that be the same thing if the government takes over through taxes? Oh and if you are healthy and then get sick, wouldn’t you want to be protected too?
Also, malpractice insurance is outrageous. Instead of having lawyer based politicians, why dont we add a review board to deal with each case before it goes to trial to find a agreeable solution between parties or through out frivolous lawsuits to help with these costs too.
Hold on…. Wait….. What??? Something like 60% of the top health insurance companies are NOT FOR PROFIT organizations… If that is so, how can we label health insurance companies as evil profit mongers? If they are not the bad guys. And we have the best health care system out there. Where are all these problems it takes a 1000+ page bill to fix? Sounds like it is more about control of something than fixing what is wrong with it. Well, I guess for some the fact government is not in charge of it needs fixed.
If you ever study history and Hitlers agenda, you might find way too many similarities between the Democratic policies and those of Hitler. I am not calling anyone a Nazi… But it sounds like the pot calling the kettle black to me.
Read some history… Aparently american education system has failed to educate our population on government types and history.
