Even Obama today stated that the Republicans did not have a plan… Ah… But they do… Things like Tort reform… Or opening up state lines for insurance. Even some look at catastropic insurance. But each and every idea passed up the ladder in the House and the Senate by the republicans is shot down… So who is saying NO here?????
